About the Role:
Absolute Best Care Home Solutions is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Cape Charles, VA. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
• Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with supervising nurses and care team members regarding patient status
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Virginia
• Prior experience in home health, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred
• Strong understanding of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Must be able to work Day/Night Shift if needed
