Rempco has spent nearly five decades manufacturing custom industrial replacement parts for high-stakes fields—defense, aerospace, robotics, oil drilling, and rail. Our specialty: precision machining, custom threading, and complex assemblies. We’re looking for a quoting analyst who can translate technical requirements into accurate, competitive proposals.

What You’ll Do

• Digest customer inputs: prints, 3D CAD models, RFQs, and specifications.
• Build routings and cycle-time estimates for milling, turning, CNC/manual machining, and fabrication.
• Determine raw material and hardware needs; price outside processes such as heat treating and chroming.
• Construct labor, material, and manufacturing cost models inside our ERP/quoting system to generate competitive quotes.
• Validate feasibility and lead times with production and engineering teams.
• Continuously refine ERP/quoting data for pricing consistency and reliable historical tracking.
• Act as a responsive customer point person—deliver fast quotes, set clear delivery expectations, communicate technical constraints, and collaborate closely with engineering.
