Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Position SummaryWe are seeking compassionate, motivated Job Coaches to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment.
This community-based position provides hands-on coaching, training, and ongoing support at participants' job sites.
ScheduleFull-time, 40 hours per week. The specific days and shift will be determined based on program needs and the individuals being supported.
Key Responsibilities• Manage a caseload of approximately 15–25 individuals.
• Provide on-site job coaching and support.
• Teach and model job tasks.
• Assist with transportation when needed.
• Complete case notes and documentation.
• Monitor participant progress.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• One year working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• DSP experience a plus.
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Travel expenses are reimbursed.
