$13 - $14 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all public areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming, enhancing the guest experience.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to deliver seamless service and maintain room readiness.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report maintenance needs to ensure safety and functionality.
- Support the delivery of fresh linens and supplies to housekeeping staff, optimizing workflow.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage.
Qualifications:
- Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organization in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to manage daily cleaning schedules efficiently.
- Proven track record of adhering to health and safety regulations in a professional environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Experience in identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe environment.
- Capability to replenish supplies and amenities, ensuring guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
