• Phlebotomy (1+ years)
• Help Desk Support (1+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Epic Op Time
  • Epic Care Inpatient
  • Epic Inpatient
• Valid Phlebotomy Technician Certificate (PTC) in the state of California (CA)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in California (CA)

This contract role seeks a skilled LVN or CMA with strong phlebotomy and immunization experience. The position offers flexible scheduling with a preference for midweek shifts and involves both clinical and administrative duties in a supportive healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, patient‑focused, and comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of care.

• Perform phlebotomy and administer immunizations
• Take patient vitals including blood pressure, temperature, height, weight, and oxygen saturation
• Provide front desk support including patient check‑in
• Manage referrals and inventory
• Support lab procedures including point‑of‑care testing
• Conduct body composition testing

• Flexible schedule with preference for Tuesday through Thursday
• 8hours per day, minimum3days per week
• Shift: 7:30AM–4:30PMwith a60‑minutemealbreak
