Ready to run your own restaurant with one of the fastest-growing franchise organizations in the country? A leading multi-brand franchisee with 230+ locations across eight states is hiring General Managers to lead Wendy’s restaurants in the Virginia Beach market.

As the company expands across Virginia and North Carolina, it’s adding experienced GMs to build bench strength in Hampton Roads. With Wendy’s, Taco Bell, and a fast-growing beverage concept in the portfolio, strong leaders have real career paths and a company that promotes from within.

As General Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day operation: guest experience, drive-thru speed, food safety, food and labor costs, team development, and the store-level P&L. This is a hands-on, in-position leadership role. You’ll be the leader, coach, and driving force behind the restaurant.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with energy: build, motivate, and develop a team that takes pride in great food and outstanding guest service
  
• Grow future leaders: recruit, hire, train, and coach team members, and create opportunities for others to advance
  
• Run a winning restaurant: oversee daily operations, food safety, quality, cleanliness, and Wendy’s brand standards across all dayparts
  
• Drive results: manage labor, food costs, inventory, and the key financial metrics that hit restaurant goals and drive your quarterly bonus
  
• Make every guest count: lead by example and make sure every guest leaves with a great Wendy’s experience
  

What You Bring

• Restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR or fast-casual and ideally with a drive-thru
  
• A team builder who knows how to develop people and hold others accountable
  
• Strong command of restaurant operations, food safety, labor management, and cost controls
  
• A positive, hands-on leadership style, with strong communication skills and comfort making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment
  
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
