Looking for a clean, professional manufacturing environment where attention to detail and precision matter?

Halpin Staffing is hiring Assemblers to manually manufacture small medical device components and finished products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assemble very small wire leads and medical device components
• Perform processes including threading, filling, crimping, molding, wrapping and disc lay down
• Perform laser welding and other specialized manufacturing processes
• Follow documented procedures, product drawings, quality documents and SOPs
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient work area

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous hand assembly experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent vision and strong manual dexterity
• Ability to use your hands continuously and perform detailed work
• Comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform close visual work
• Good communication, listening and organizational skills
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and procedures
• High school diploma, HSED or GED

A FEW REQUIREMENTS

Must pass a ruler test
Must pass a drug test
Good vision and motor skills are a must

Cleanroom or medical-device manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.
