Screen Printing Production Manager

Location: Atkinson, New Hampshire
Pay: $28–$35 per hour

Lead screen-printing production, keep orders moving, and maintain quality from screen preparation through final output. This role is for an experienced auto-press professional who can manage people, equipment, and production schedules.

Join an established custom apparel and promotional products company serving businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations since 1994. Work across custom printing, embroidery, and branded merchandise in a close-knit production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Plan production schedules and meet order deadlines.

• Oversee screen-printing quality, workflow, and output.

• Coordinate with design and sales to meet customer requirements.

• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety.

• Track production performance and reduce waste and rework.

• Lead and support the production team.

What You’ll Need

Required

• 10 years of screen-printing and management experience.

• 7–10 years of auto-press experience.

• Hands-on experience setting up multicolor print jobs.

• Experience coating, burning, exposing, reclaiming, and maintaining screens.

• Strong production scheduling, leadership, and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to commute to Atkinson, New Hampshire.

Preferred

• Experience with M&R printing equipment.
