AbleMinds ABA is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy to a child in Montross, Virginia.

Schedule

• Location: Montross, VA

• Setting: In-home ABA therapy

• Schedule: Afternoon and evening availability preferred

• Employment type: Part-time

• Compensation: $25–$31 per hour, based on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home.

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.

• Support communication, social skills, daily living skills, and independence.

• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with the BCBA and family to promote consistency and progress.

• Follow ethical guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and established clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• Experience working with children, preferably children with autism.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to the client's home.

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

• Dependability, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
