Pay: $15.50 per hour | Weekly Pay

Minutemen Staffing is hiring General Laborers for a food manufacturing company in Medina, Ohio. We are looking for dependable candidates who are comfortable operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe manufacturing environment.

Available Shift

1st Shift

• Monday through Friday
• 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment, including cookers, depositors, and packaging machinery.
• Ensure machines are properly adjusted and configured for each production run.
• Monitor equipment performance to maintain efficient production operations.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet consistency, appearance, and quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Report mechanical problems and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
• Clean and sanitize machinery, equipment, and work areas according to established food safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records, including materials used, downtime, and production data.
• Follow all established safety, sanitation, and production procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate and monitor production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
