Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

First Day Homecare is seeking a compassionate, experienced RN or LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient with a tracheostomy and G-tube in Cleveland County, NC.

Patient Care Responsibilities

• Provide tracheostomy care, including routine and emergency trach changes
• Perform airway management and suctioning
• Administer G-tube feedings and medications as ordered
• Monitor patient condition and provide skilled nursing interventions
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license valid in North Carolina
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Hands-on experience performing tracheostomy changes required, with demonstrated competency in routine and emergency trach changes
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Dependable, compassionate, and confident providing independent nursing care
