Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Groton, CT

$80,000–$112,000 per year

We're looking for a licensed rehabilitation professional to oversee therapy services within a skilled nursing setting. This full-time role combines team leadership, department management, and a strong focus on resident outcomes.

• Coordinate daily therapy operations and department workflow
• Support staff performance, clinical quality, and compliance
• Partner with facility teams to provide coordinated resident care
• Coach and develop rehabilitation staff
