Inventory Control Quality Assurance Lead

### Become a Key Player as an ICQA Lead - 1st Shift

You will lead and support the warehouse quality and inventory control function to ensure accurate inventory, compliant processes, and safe material flow. You will coach and train frontline warehouse staff, partner with supervisors and cross-functional teams, and work onsite on a consistent 1st-shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm).

### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

- Coach and train warehouse team members on SOPs and proper use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

- Assist supervisors with daily assignments, troubleshooting, and enforcing process compliance.

- Receive, unload, load, and palletize freight; verify paperwork, counts, and damages; sign Bills of Lading.

- Operate reach truck, sit-down forklift, order picker and other powered industrial trucks for loading/unloading and staging.

- Prepare outbound loads, label freight, handle ULDs, and stage cargo for shipment per SOPs.

- Perform inventory reporting, stock checks, weekly bond checks, and duties related to bonded import freight.

- Maintain general housekeeping and warehouse organization to meet safety and quality standards.

- Recommend process improvements, assist in developing SOPs, and execute DFT/security procedures.

### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

- Minimum 2 years of previous warehouse operations experience.

- Certified forklift/PIT operator with experience on reach truck, sit-down forklifts, order picker, and sit-down clamp.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods; good physical stamina and coordination.

- Experience using Excel and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Ability to work the 1st shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm) and work onsite.

- High school diploma or GED.

- Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, delivery orders, and bonded freight procedures.

- Flexibility to work varied hours/days as needed.

- Ability to speak Spanish.

### Pay Range

$22.55/hour
