Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Quincy, MA

$80,000–$112,000 per year

We're looking for a licensed rehabilitation professional to lead therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. This full-time role combines clinical leadership, team support, and day-to-day department oversight with a focus on quality resident care.

• Oversee rehab operations, scheduling, and team workflow
• Support clinical quality, compliance, and documentation
• Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• Mentor and support therapy staff
