Join Our Team as Assembler!

We are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to join our dynamic Electronics Assembly team in the semiconductor industry. Assemblers are responsible for assembling semiconductor devices and components in accordance with drawings and specifications, using specialized equipment, hand tools, and microscopes, and performing mechanical inspections and clean components in our Electronics Assembly department.

Schedule: Full-time / Monday - Friday / 6:00am - 2:30pm (potential for overtime as business needs require)

Salary: Starts at $18.50 per hour / Bi-weekly Pay Schedule / Direct Deposit

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical inspection and cleaning of components to ensure they are free of debris, properly aligned, and securely soldered
• Ensure subassemblies are properly handled
• Use of manufacturing hand tools (soldering iron, pliers, drills, etc.)
• Proficient in microscope operation
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Follow standardized procedures
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
• Experience using hand tools and microscopes
• Previous soldering experience preferred

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in Assembly, preferably in a manufacturing environment
