Overview:
 We’re seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead inventory and warehouse operations for a growing, custom manufacturing organization. You’ll manage a team of 10+ employees across multiple nearby facilities while driving inventory accuracy, process improvements, and operational efficiency. 

Job Duties:  

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of inventory and warehouse employees.
• Oversee receiving, inventory storage, FIFO, cycle counting, and material picking.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipments to customers and production.
• Improve inventory processes, warehouse layouts, and operational workflows.
• Manage facility improvement projects, equipment purchases, and space planning.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
• Coordinate daily priorities with production and internal teams.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Work occasional Saturdays for inventory counts and special projects.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or project management.
• Previous team leadership or people management experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with process improvement, Excel, and ERP systems.
