Dietary Aide - Hospital Food Service

Location: A hospital in Nashville, TN
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Two shifts open, every other weekend:

• 7:00am–3:00pm
• 3:30pm–8:00pm

Clean2TheKore is hiring Dietary Aides for the Food & Nutrition department at a hospital in Nashville. You'll keep the kitchen clean and organized and help get food and supplies to patients and staff.

What you'll do

• Keep the kitchen and your work area clean and organized
• Help distribute food and supplies for patients, the café, the doctors' lounge and catering
• Help with food production using standard recipes
• Follow HACCP food safety and sanitation rules
• Follow OSHA, infection control and HIPAA rules
• Help patients, staff and guests with a smile using AIDET
• Use Computrition (the hospital's food service system)

What we're looking for

• Food Handler or ServSafe certificate, or willing to get one within 90 days of hire (preferred)
• Knowledge of patient safety and HACCP food safety rules
• Comfortable using computer software to enter and look up information (preferred)
• Able to work every other weekend

Before you start: background check and drug screen required. After that, the hospital completes your TB test, immunity check (shot records or a simple blood test) and respirator fit test.
