Responsibilities 
•     Manage day-to-day operations, including billing, application processing, utility readings
•     Enforce payment deadlines and issue late notices
•     Apply community rules consistently and fairly, and conduct regular property inspections
•     Ensure compliance with local and state housing regulations
•     Prioritize and respond quickly to emergencies and property concerns
•     Keep communication clear and friendly with residents, staff, and management
•     Manage maintenance personnel and handle task delegation
 
About You
·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
·       Self-motivated leader with management the ability to manage a staff, phone and organizational skills
·       Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and willing to learn property management software
·       Professionally and courteously manage inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns and follow up accordingly
·       Must have excellent time management skills
·       Willing to train the right individual 
·       Must have reliable transportation
·       Available for on call after hour emergencies
 
Schedule
·       Required to work weekends and holidays
·       On call
·       Overtime
 
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

Compensation
Pay: $20.00 - $30 an hour, based on experience
Housing: Free housing offered on site
Utilities: Credit towards monthly utilities
