Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Pay Rate: $17/hr.
Hours: Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM or Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

Signature Staffing is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to assist customers with orders, product questions and account concerns. We’re looking for someone who communicates professionally, enjoys helping others and can provide a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with telephone and online orders, customer service calls, emails and chats.
Answer product questions and recommend products based on customers’ needs.
Help customers navigate the website and place online orders.
Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism and sound judgment.
Process tasks related to payments, credit card discrepancies, returns, refunds and fraud prevention.
Complete training on products, systems and procedures.
Participate in weekly coaching and maintain an 80% Quality Assurance average.
Respond promptly to calls and chats while working toward resolving concerns during the first contact.
