Mixer Operator | 2nd Shift

• Weigh, measure, verify, and stage ingredients according to recipe specifications.
• Operate industrial mixers and related equipment safely.
• Monitor dough consistency, temperature, and quality throughout the mixing process.
• Assist with adjustments and discharge completed dough batches as directed.
• Complete batch sheets, mixer logs, and ingredient tracking documentation.
• Follow food safety, GMP, sanitation, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist with equipment cleaning.
• Communicate issues with ingredients, dough quality, or equipment to the Master Mixer or Supervisor.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient production flow.

• Ability to read and follow recipes, formulas, and written instructions accurately.
• Basic math skills, including weighing, measuring, and unit conversions.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with variable temperatures and loud machinery.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
