Forklift-Heavy Industrial-Tenure Rate

Material Handler 

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Material Handler for a company based in Garland, TX. In this role, you will have the opportunity to slotting finished goods, restocking and packaging as well as organizing materials. This job requires heavy lifting and being on feet for up to 10 hours a day. Some Forklift is required.

$17 per hour

 

Monday through Thursday, 6 00 am to 3 30 pm.

Friday, 6 00am to 10 00 am

 

• Physical movement of inbound finished goods from production or inbound staging area to pallet storage.

• Maintain the cleanliness of all assigned isles.

• Assist in the wrapping of pallets for shipping or storage.

• Properly use and maintain the forklift. Logs out, logs back in, and places forklift on charger when needed. Notify manager when need of repairs to forklift.

•Remove and discard all broken pallets from the assigned area.

 

• Able to follow guidelines and operating procedures established.

• Able to work on their feet for extended periods of time.

• Strong communication skills.

• Lifting assessment.

• Drug screen and Background.
