Job Summary
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and has a knack for machinery? We’re seeking a Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Montague, MI. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating automated production equipment, ensuring product quality, and keeping production running smoothly. This position offers a great opportunity to build hands-on experience and potentially grow into a long-term role.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operate high-speed automated production lines
- Perform in-process product testing and inspections
- Set up machinery for production runs
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
- Transport materials to and from production areas
- Follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Complete required production paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to work with machinery
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
- Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs
- Comfortable completing accurate paperwork
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Focused, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
