Are you the RN everyone calls when the building gets hard?

We're preparing for upcoming RN Supervisor opportunities with skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities on Long Island.

As RN Supervisor, you're the RN in charge of the building on your shift. You catch changes in condition early, coordinate with physicians on next steps including transfer decisions, and direct the RNs, LPNs and CNAs working with you. Families and physicians count on you after hours.

• $55 to $62 per hour, set by the hiring facility, with shift differentials where offered

Who will love this role

• An RN with a current New York State license
• 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience
