CNC Machinist Job Description:
- Develop CNC programs for production runs
- Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and choose cutting tools, machine speed and feed rates
- Modify existing programs for different machines
- Make manual program adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process
- Communicate with others and direct operators in machining application
CNC Machinist Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience working as CNC Lathe Machinist on HAAS machines
- Comfortable with using FeatureCam or MasterCam
- The ability to read drawings and dimension parts
- The ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
