$100,000 - $140,000 DOE + $7,500 to $10,000 sign on
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
- Develop and implement comprehensive case strategies that align with client goals and legal standards.
- Negotiate settlements and resolutions with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring their rights and interests are effectively advocated.
- Collaborate with our remote team to share insights, strategies, and support for complex cases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law regulations and precedents to provide informed legal advice.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements, with precision and clarity.
Qualifications:
- Two (2)+ years' experience managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive case strategies that align with client goals and legal standards.
- Proven track record of negotiating settlements and resolutions with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Strong courtroom advocacy skills to effectively represent clients in court proceedings.
- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with our remote team, sharing insights and strategies for complex cases.
- Up-to-date knowledge of family law regulations and precedents to provide informed legal advice.
- Precision and clarity in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
