Hot Header Operator

Hot Header Machine Operator in Gardena, CA — $20.00–$23.00/hr DOE, 1st shift, temporary. Operate heading machinery and inspect aerospace parts during production.

Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. start; recruiter will confirm end time

This is hands-on heading work, with machine setups and part checks throughout the run.

Operate heading machines and perform basic setups with minimal supervision. Follow work orders and inspect parts during production to identify defects and keep work within specification.

Overtime or flexible hours may be needed. The job includes repetitive machine operation and material handling of up to 45 lb.

- Operate heading machines and perform basic setups

- Interpret work orders and prepare production work

- Run non-progressive cold headers and related heading equipment

- Inspect parts throughout production for defects and deviations

- Handle materials and parts during machine operation

- Report quality concerns and coordinate production work with the team

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to interpret work orders accurately

- Ability to perform in-process inspections

- Ability to handle materials weighing up to 45 lb

- Availability for overtime or flexible hours when required

- Previous heading-machine operation experience

- Experience with non-progressive cold headers

- Familiarity with progressive hot headers

- Weekly pay, every Friday — direct deposit or pay card
