Job Responsibilities

Depending on the project, responsibilities may include:

• Commercial Cleaning: Detailed cleaning of offices, businesses, commercial facilities, and other properties.
  
  
• Fire & Smoke Restoration: Cleaning walls, ceilings, floors, fixtures, and surfaces affected by smoke, soot, and fire damage.
  
  
• Water Damage Cleanup: Cleaning and sanitizing areas affected by water damage, including post-mitigation cleaning.
  
  
• Contents Cleaning: Cleaning, detailing, inventorying, packing, and organizing furniture, personal belongings, and other items affected by fire or water damage.
  
  
• Specialty Cleaning: Performing detailed cleaning, deodorization, disinfecting, and other restoration-related services.
  
  
• Properly using cleaning equipment, chemicals, and personal protective equipment.
  
  
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work environments.
  
  
• Documenting completed work and communicating with team leaders.
  
  
• Working independently or as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or restoration experience is preferred but not required.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work.
  
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  
  
• Good communication and organizational skills.
  
  
• Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working on your feet.
  
  
• Ability to work in different environments and adapt to changing job assignments.
  
  
• Valid driver's license preferred.
  
  
• Willingness to learn new cleaning methods, equipment, and restoration techniques.
