FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Description:

Delaware Resource Group (DRG) is seeking a motivated Flight Simulator Field Service Representative to join our team to provide on-site support for flight simulator installation, relocation, modification, maintenance and troubleshooting across various global platforms. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Will be expected to deploy, maintain and upgrade systems across the enterprise.
• Will provide on-site technical support, operational training of the system and assist in developing schedules and plans.
• Will be responsible for reading a BOM, creating a packing and install checklist, or providing input to those checklists.
• Will be highly motivated and driven to deliver an exceptional product to the customer.
• Will be part of a high functioning team.
• Will be responsible for reading electrical and mechanical schematics and using those schematics to troubleshoot potential issues.
• Will represent DRG on site in a professional manner.
• Other duties as identified and assigned.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

• Minimum 6 years of maintenance experience. 
• SECRET security clearance
• U.S. Passport 
• Travel is required
