At Superior, you have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while making a difference during some of the most important moments of their lives.
You will be part of a team that values:
- Patient-centered care — You have the time and autonomy to understand what matters to each patient and family.
- Meaningful relationships — Get to know your patients rather than simply moving from task to task.
- Professional autonomy — Manage your own patients and use your clinical judgment while having a supportive team available when you need it.
- Teamwork — Collaborate with physicians, therapists, aides, social workers, chaplains, and fellow nurses to provide comprehensive care.
- Work-life balance — Enjoy the flexibility of a part-time schedule while maintaining meaningful relationships with patients and families. Caseloads and productivity expectations are adjusted to support quality patient care and work-life balance. Territory is in the Salt Lake Valley.
- A supportive environment — You won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. We have a strong leadership team, and training and ongoing support are provided.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing patient evaluations.

- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust the plan of care as needed.

- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Comfortable making clinical decisions and managing competing priorities.
- Dependable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Current Utah Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Utah driver's license and reliable transportation with required automobile insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a required background check.
- At least one year of nursing experience is preferred.
- Previous home health or hospice experience is a plus, but not required.
