Food Manufacturing Operator II
Location: Riviera Beach
Shift: 1st Shift – Starting at 6:00 AM (End time TBD)
Hourly Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Manufacturing Operator II to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment while following all safety and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report equipment issues as needed.
- Follow established production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Read and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and follow proper handling procedures.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and product quality.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately while meeting production deadlines.
- Follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Machine Operator I (Silver Level).
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting functions.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical stamina to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and following detailed instructions.
- Basic math skills.
- Proficient reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Schedule Requirements
- First shift begins at 6:00 AM; the end time is to be confirmed.
- Full schedule flexibility is required. Candidates must be available to work the hours necessary to meet production needs.
- Candidates with scheduling restrictions due to second jobs, school drop-offs or pickups, or other recurring commitments will not be considered.
