PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

    • Rapid Arc/VMAT

    • Conventional/Conformal Therapy
    • Intensity Modulated Radiation therapy (IMRT)
    • Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT)
    • Stereotactic Body radiation therapy (SBRT)
    • Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) - all types
    • Conventional treatment planning
    • Beam shaping (MLC)
    • 3D CRT
    • IMRT
    • PET CT or MRI Image Fusion
    • Electronic Portal Imaging (EPI)
  • Preferred:
    • Hyper altered fractionation

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Board Eligible required
  • Licenses: Licensed in MN or Universal License (IMLC)
  • Certifications: BLS
  • Other Qualifications: Proficiency in EPIC, Varian ARIA, and Eclipse; experience with Varian TrueBeam
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct inpatient and outpatient consultations and follow-up visits.
  • Order and interpret CT simulations and imaging studies.
  • Develop and approve radiation treatment plans, including critical structure delineation.
  • Prescribe radiation therapy and approve treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with oncology team members for patient care and participate in tumor conferences.
