Babysitter Needed

We're looking for an experienced overnight nanny for 3-5 consecutive nights, approximately 9 PM-7 a.m. Our 10-month-old daughter currently co-sleeps and nurses to sleep. We'd like to transition her into her own crib and reduce her dependence on nighttime nursing. We're looking for someone who will take full responsibility overnight, responding to wakeups by picking her up, comforting her, feeding her once per night, and gently putting her back in the crib as often as needed. We want a patient, responsive approach, not cry-it-out. Parents will be home but sleeping separately. Experience with infants, crib transitions, and gentle sleep training required.
