Nanny Needed

* Limit sugar intake. We try to choose foods that are low in sugar and are especially mindful of their sugar and carbohydrate intake. * Limit screen time as much as possible. We try to minimize the amount of time our kids spend watching TV or looking at screens. * Encourage imagination and creativity through play. We want them to learn how to use their imagination and create their own fun with whatever they have around them. * Encourage plenty of physical activity. We make sure they have lots of opportunities to move their bodies, play, and explore through physical activity.
