Provide attentive, loving, and hands-on care in our home. * Engage in educational and age-appropriate activities, including reading, arts and crafts, music, and imaginative play. * Encourage language development, social skills, and independence. * Prepare and serve simple meals and snacks. * Assist with diaper changes, hygiene, and potty-training readiness. * Follow established nap, meal, and daily routines. * Supervise indoor and outdoor play. * Clean up after meals and activities involving our daughter. * Maintain open and honest communication with parents throughout the day. * Prioritize interactive play over screen time.
