Babysitter

Hi! We are a family with 3 boys, ages 12, 8 and 6. We have a full-time nanny who cooks and cleans (so these would not be your responsibilities). She needs help managing our 8-year-old who struggles with anxiety and mood liability. He is cheerful, engaged, creative and athletic. He attends a rigorous school and has high cognitive abilities, per his neuropsych, but needs help getting down to doing his homework.
