Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I’m looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced family helper in Lodi, NJ, for 2–3 afternoons a week to start, preferably long-term. I have two children, ages 8 and 12. I’m looking for someone who can work alongside me and help with childcare, homework, light housekeeping, and organizing around the house. Experience helping elementary school children with reading and writing is especially important, as my son is in 3rd grade and needs extra support. I’m looking for someone patient, caring, and dependable. My schedule is somewhat flexible. Thank you!
