Appointment Setter/ In-house Sales Representative

Responsibilities include:

* Making outbound calls to prospective customers
*   Contacting leads who have expressed interest in our water treatment services
*   Scheduling appointments for our sales representatives
*   Following up with prospects who have not yet made a decision
*   Reconnecting with older leads and previous inquiries
*   Following up with existing customers when appropriate
*   Confirming upcoming sales appointments
*   Maintaining accurate notes and updating customer information
*   Keeping track of callbacks and follow-up opportunities
*   Clearly communicating the benefits of scheduling a water consultation
*   Professionally representing Safe Water Solutions on every call

This is not a hard-closing sales position.

Your job is to start conversations, identify interest, answer basic questions, and get qualified homeowners scheduled with our sales team.
