Requirements — Please Read Carefully

Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience.
• Experience must be from paid professional cleaning work for customers or a cleaning company. Cleaning your own home, friends' homes, or family members' homes does not count.
• Own professional cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Carry active general liability insurance.
• Be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Be able to work independently and deliver high-quality results.

• Provide thorough, professional residential cleaning services.
• Bring all necessary cleaning equipment, products, and supplies.
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Respect customers' homes, belongings, and privacy.
• Communicate professionally and represent B9 Cleaning positively.

Position Details

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own equipment, supplies, transportation, insurance, taxes, and applicable business expenses. Contractors may accept or decline offered assignments, subject to the contractor agreement.
