$60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Earning Potential: $100,000–$125,000+ Annually

Patriot Security LLC, an established regional security company serving clients since 1991, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop new business throughout Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.

We are looking for a motivated sales professional with strong relationships in the industrial, petrochemical, manufacturing, or commercial business communities.

Territory

Beaumont, Port Arthur, Orange, Lake Charles, Sulphur, Jennings, Lafayette, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct prospecting.
• Present proposals and secure new security service contracts.
• Independently manage sales activities throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales or B2B business development experience.
• Established regional business relationships preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to travel throughout the territory.

Security industry experience is not required.
