Pay:$26.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
Weekly Pay | Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
Minutemen Staffing is hiring experiencedRobotic Technicians for an industrial manufacturing facility in Taylor, MI.
We are looking for skilled technicians who can program, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial robotic systems used in CNC machining and automated welding.
If you have hands-on robotics experience and strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Program, operate, and troubleshoot FANUC, Nachi, Yaskawa Motoman, and OTC Daihen robotic systems.
- Set up and adjust robotic arms for CNC machine tending, material loading/unloading, and welding applications.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance, adjustments, and equipment calibration.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain safe and efficient production operations.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial robotics experience REQUIRED.
- Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting multi-axis robotic systems.
- Knowledge of CNC machine tending and robotic welding applications.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be flexible to work extended shifts and Saturdays when production requires.
1ST SHIFT
Initial Training Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Regular Production Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Alternative schedule: 4:00 AM–2:30 PM
2ND SHIFT
Initial Training Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Regular Production Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
Important: Training schedules will transition to regular production hours as operations increase. Candidates must be willing to work 10-hour shifts and Saturdays as needed.
