Answering Service Representative

• Follow company procedures and instructions accurately.
• Handle multiple tasks while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals.
• Remain calm and professional while working under pressure.
• Accept constructive feedback and apply it to improve performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Dependable work history with a commitment to attendance and punctuality.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Candidates must:

• Successfully complete Call Center skills testing with passing scores. 

Schedule: 

• Must be available to work every other weekend.
• 2nd shift and 3rd shift available
