Pay: $20.00 – $29.00 per hour, based on experience

About the Opportunity
C3 Workforce is hiring experienced Press Operators and Press Brake Operators for 1st shift with manufacturing clients in several locations. If you’ve run presses or bent metal and want steady day-shift work with a path to permanent hire, apply today.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and run mechanical, hydraulic, and/or CNC press brakes to form sheet metal parts to print specs
• Operate punch and stamping presses safely and efficiently
• Read blueprints and work orders to set bend sequences, angles, and dimensions
• Load, unload, and position material by hand or with lifting equipment
• Check parts with calipers, micrometers, protractors, and tape measures
• Make adjustments to keep parts within tolerance and flag quality problems
• Change dies and tooling (setup experience is a plus)
• Keep your work area clean and follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures
• Meet production and quality targets

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of press, press brake, stamping, or fabrication experience
• Able to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Basic shop math, including fractions and decimals
• CNC press brake experience (Amada, Trumpf, Accurpress, or similar) is a plus
• Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to [50] lbs
• Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset
• Steel-toe boots required
