Junior Marketing Coordinator

Oversee the organization, inventory, and distribution of sample room products.

Fulfill sample requests for internal teams and client projects promptly, ensuring accurate, on-time delivery.

Receive, inspect, label, and organize cosmetic samples and packaging components. Maintain and update master inventory spreadsheets weekly.

Prepare market allocations for new U.S. collection launches.

Coordinate sample production for internal collections with the Senior Manager, including ordering components and recording supplier details, item codes, quantities, and other key information.

Monitor incoming orders and email requests, and distribute components to the appropriate internal teams when needed.

Prepare daily domestic and international shipments. Ensure shipping and receiving documents are accurate, share shipment contents and tracking details with recipients, and follow up on delivery status.

Keep the sample room orderly and functional by organizing older collections, unpacking new samples from Italy and Asia, and updating inventory records.

Provide internal teams with clear, concise sample status updates.

Apply strong attention to detail and quality assurance when assessing color consistency, packaging integrity, aesthetics, and overall presentation.
