Key Responsibilities

• Enter new client account information into company databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy
• Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before submission
• Maintain organized digital records of client account entries
• Meet daily data entry volume targets while upholding quality standards
• Follow established data entry procedures and strict confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Series 6 and/or 63 Securities License
• Prior experience in data entry or clerical administrative work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficient with computers, keyboarding, and basic office software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage daily workload
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
