Content Review Operations Manager

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading biotechnology company to identify a Content Review Operations Manager for an opportunity near South San Francisco, CA.

Pay rate range: $50-$70/hr. (depending on experience)

Priority: Candidates with direct, hands-on MLR/PRC workflow and Veeva Vault PromoMats experience who can onboard quickly and contribute immediately to a short-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MLR/PRC content review and approval workflows.
• Use Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) to manage content submissions, reviews, approvals, and metadata.
• Coordinate review meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Identify process gaps, resolve workflow issues, and improve review efficiency.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
• 3+ years in content operations, digital asset management, content review/approval, or compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats and MLR/PRC review workflows is essential.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of medical/marketing content lifecycles and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
