General Warehouse / Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our client in Tukwila. This role is ideal for someone experienced in material handling who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining a safe work environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential within a stable and expanding company. 

Compensation: $23.00 per hour 

Schedule: 

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM 

Overtime may be required, including occasional Saturdays 

Location: Tukwila, WA 

Responsibilities: 

● Operate side loader and sit-down counterbalance forklifts to move metal materials ● Perform order picking, staging, and material handling tasks accurately 

● Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments 

● Maintain organization of inventory and warehouse space 

● Follow all safety protocols and company procedures 

● Assist with general warehouse duties as needed 

Requirements: 

● Previous forklift experience (side loader and/or sit-down counterbalance preferred) ● Experience in warehouse, distribution, or metals/material handling environments ● Ability to lift and move materials as required 

● Strong attention to detail and safety awareness 

● Must be able to pass a full background check and drug screening 

● Must be willing to complete a full physical examination at a clinic 

● Reliable attendance and punctuality
