Overview

Temp to perm position

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Counter Help (around 30 hours a week, hours are M-F 9 am to 4 pm with one day off) to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers, answer phones, take payments, and complete leases. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist their needs
• Operate POS systems accurately for order processing and payments
• Process payments, and give correct change while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness
• Support team members

Experience

• Previous customer service experience
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong math skills for cash handling, retail math, and basic calculations
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members

Required:

• High School Diploma
• Must have computer skills
• Reliable
• Driver's license and vehicle
