Rigger

We are seeking a skilled Rigger to safely prepare, assemble, and position equipment, materials, and loads for lifting and movement across job sites. This role requires careful planning, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to safe work practices.

10-12 hours shifts

Weekly pay

Must have OSHA 10

Must have reliable Transportation

Responsibilities

• Inspect rigging equipment, hardware, and lifting accessories before use.
• Select and attach slings, chains, shackles, hooks, and other rigging components.
• Secure and balance loads for safe lifting, movement, and placement.
• Direct crane and lifting equipment operators using established signals or communication systems.
• Estimate load weights, determine proper rigging configurations, and identify potential hazards.
• Monitor lifting operations and adjust rigging as needed to maintain load stability.
• Follow site safety procedures, equipment requirements, and applicable lifting practices.
• Maintain organized work areas and report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions.
