Print Production Coordinator

Specialty finishing company in WI is searching to hire an experienced Production Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

• Write up job tickets, order entry, and job tracking throughout the entire manufacturing process through to shipping.
• Communicate with clients to understand job requirements, confirm specs, provide updates and resolve any issues.
• Use company ERP system to input and track jobs.
• Ensure and order proper materials for jobs.
• Make sure all necessary information is provided to manufacturing to complete jobs.
• Act as the liaison among the clients, sales and production departments keeping all parties informed of updates and changes.
• Prepare estimates for repeat jobs.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years' production coordinating, planning, estimating, or project management experience in bindery, finishing, or printing industry.
• Working knowledge of printing, binding and finishing operations.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Must have superb communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Able to multi-task in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail required.
• Working knowledge of computerized Print Management System; such as Monarch, PSI, PACE, Hagen, etc. preferred.
• Proficient on MSO.
