Member Services Representative (Hybrid)

Downtown Pittsburgh financial services group is in of a Member Services Representative.

General duties to include:

• Answer member phone calls and assist with routine inquiries. Help resolve member issues and escalate more complex concerns, as needed.
• Support beginning and end-of-day operational tasks. Follow organized process flows and procedures across multiple functions.
• Assist with member events such as new member onboarding, mergers, acquisitions, and name changes.
• Support the team with reporting and maintaining critical documentation.
• Manage special projects and initiatives to include document reviews, procedure formatting and records management
• Perform related internal and external research and data analysis
• Process applications and disbursements
• A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Prior sales/marketing/customer support experience is preferred
• Previous experience within a financial services operations enviro is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate incoming tasks to understand priority levels
• Proficient MSOffice skills; experience with data visualizations tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines
